Websites which can help you find good references/assets:

What you need to provide:

  • Type of commission

  • Your vision for the commission

  • Pictures of the character/OC

  • Links to assets you wish to be added

  • Files or footage you want to provide

  • Hex color codes of specific colors you desire

  • Description: (i.e: height, size, physique, resolution/aspect ratio…)

  • Budget (range or max budget)

  • Any other things you can think of, or deem important

Note:

  • If you bail from the commission, and I decide to sell the model, I will ONLY use assets I own, not assets you’ve given me.

  • Most assets require the person working on them to own them, which is why I typically buy them on my own, and add it to the cost of assets category.

  • Most scripts require the person using/working on them to own them. I will include a README.txt file regarding upload instructions, and what versions you should put into your Unity Project. Different versions of the said script(s) may work, but are not recommended.

Delivery Information

  • The time of delivery is based on active buyer responses to my inquiries, delay may arise if not.

  • Delay may arise depending on but not limited to; order of commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues.

  • If delays arise, you will be notified.

If you choose a payment plan expanding over a long time, delay before completion will rise.
In this case, I will work on your commission as much as the payment I have received( i.e.: half of the payment the first month means half of the commission done by the end of said month).

Getting Started:

After creating a ticket on my discord, I’ll ask for more details within the ticket if needed and answer any of your questions you may have! Then, I’ll come back to you ASAP to give you my quote price. After finding common ground and getting the first invoice, I’ll start working on your commission.Below is how a typical asset bash avatar goes.

Process/Workflow for Models:

  • Step 1 or Blender Stage: I’ll put together/create the assets in Blender, rig and weight paint them. I’ll then optimize the materials, and objects in a way that works best for the model’s features, and my workload. The stage where sculpting, or shape changes will happen. If additional blendshapes are necessary for your model, this is when I will create them.

  • Step 2 or Unity Stage: I’ll import the model into Unity, and double check for things like clipping, improper weight painting, or the related. I make sure everything is functional, and looks as correct as possible, before the next stage.

  • Step 3 or Editing Stage: I will add the given materials, textures, or scripts onto the model. I’ll make the color details that you gave me match the details on the model.

  • Step 4 or Animation Stage: I’ll create animations for toggles, features, and set them up. If there are a lot of features you desire, expect this to take some time, with fewer updates.

  • Step 5 or Extra Features Stage: Features like Physbones/Jigglebones, Gogoloco, and the related will be added during this stage. I’ll be adding those, along with finalizing the whole look of the model, and testing on my own. This is also the stage where I convert to Quest

  • Step 5.5 (for Warudo Models): If you paid for me to set up your VTubing model, this is when that happens. I’ll set up toggles, blueprints, presets, etc. at this stage.

  • Step 6 or Sending Files Stage: Finally, you will receive a zipped folder via the Discord Ticket, if the files are too large we can discuss another way. Inside the zip will be everything relating to the model. This does not include shaders, script packages, or things you have to buy/download on your own.

Process/Workflow for Videos:

  • Step 1 or Layout Stage: I will put down the raw footage provided, along with any songs or audio. Without laying out video FX, you will see a chunky version of the final product.

  • Step 2 or Transition Stage: This is when things start to look smoother. I will make the flow of the video more natural, visually speaking. Footage might be swapped out to have the best flow possible.

  • Step 3 or FX Stage: Text, Sound FX, or Video FX, will be added to give the video its true sparkle. If you wish for a high FX video, this stage will require the most communication.

  • Step 4 or Watermark + Sending Files: Finally, you will receive a MediaFire/Google Drive link with your finalized video. The link will be valid for a week before I remove it.
